Meet Emeka Nwoko
Emeka Nwoko has spent over 35 years in the practice of law, specifically civil litigation. In the course of practicing law in such an intense adversarial atmosphere and resulting in a lot of unsatisfied clients because of the win-lose nature of court disputes, he decided to channel the experience garnered in litigation into ADR practice where, as in the case of mediation, the parties fashion the outcome of the proceeding with him acting as a facilitator.
In his new capacity, he has helped many people resolve disputes and conflicts in a respectful, sensitive, collaborative, and cooperative way.
Emeka Nwoko is a Member of the, ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC); Member ADR Institute of Ontario (ADRIO); Member Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb)
Our Vision
is to focus on improving the well being of people not only as individuals but as members of families, teams, their workplace and Society. The more we can assist you in improving your life, the more we are helping Society as well.
Our Goal
At Phoenix is to hopefully facilitate the transformation of the relationships between the disputants by creating an enabling environment that is confidential, open, safe, trusting and respects party autonomy.
